Specialist falconry bird control using trained birds of prey
to create a natural, humane and highly effective deterrent
across commercial, industrial and public environments.
We used Hawk Wildlife & Pest Management a couple of months ago on a very large industrial site in Dunstable, where our client was experiencing a severe and ongoing pigeon problem.
Due to the size and nature of the site, conventional proofing methods such as bird spikes simply weren’t practical, so we called upon Hawk Wildlife & Pest Management for their specialist expertise.
Their knowledge and professionalism have been excellent. They implemented a specialist falconry programme across the site, which has successfully brought what was a significant pigeon problem under control. Most importantly, we now have a very happy client.
It’s always good to have a reliable specialist company you can confidently call upon when a job requires a different approach.
Top marks to Hawk Wildlife & Pest Management. We would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Hawk Pest & Wildlife Management Ltd, who provided falconry services to deter pigeons from our building.
The pigeon density had been extremely high and was causing a significant amount of guano, but Craig and his team handled everything professionally from start to finish. The falconry work was carried out expertly, and it has been very successful — we haven’t spotted any pigeons in the area for some time.
The team also did an excellent job cleaning up the guano, leaving the area in great condition. Communication throughout was excellent, and the team were punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.
The hawks were clearly expertly trained, and using falconry is a highly effective and natural way of deterring pigeons without relying on more intrusive methods.
I would highly recommend Craig and the team at Hawk Pest & Wildlife Management Ltd. Excellent service and fantastic results!
The service I received was first class with great punctuality and communication from start to finish and the hawks are amazing so well trained would definatley recomend
Bird Troubles Up Above?Get Professional Eyes in the Sky.
Tell us about the bird activity at your site, and we’ll help you understand whether a drone survey is suitable and what’s involved before you decide.
01
What can a drone survey reveal about bird activity?
Hawk uses aerial imagery to check roofs, ledges and gutters for visible signs of roosting, nesting and droppings. This helps us locate problem areas that are difficult to assess from the ground. A drone cannot see inside enclosed roof spaces, but can help to identify part of a wider problem.
02
Do I need a drone survey before having birds removed?
Not always. A drone survey is useful when the affected areas are high, difficult to access or spread across a large site. Tell us what you’ve noticed and we’ll advise whether an aerial survey would help or whether a ground-level inspection is sufficient.
03
Can our business stay open during the survey?
In many cases, yes. We’ll discuss site activity, access and a suitable flight area with you beforehand. Some areas may need to be kept temporarily clear, depending on the layout and the people or vehicles nearby.
04
What will we receive after the surveys completed?
You’ll receive clear findings supported by aerial imagery, highlighting visible bird activity and areas of concern. Hawk will explain the recommended next steps and flag anything that needs closer investigation.
05
How long does the drone survey take?
The time needed depends on the size of your site, the areas being inspected and flight conditions. Hawk will explain the expected survey duration and reporting timescale when arranging the work. Weather or site restrictions may affect scheduling.
06
Can you deal with the bird problems identified?
Yes. Hawk provides bird proofing, falconry deterrence, guano cleaning and other bird control services across London and Essex. We’ll recommend an approach based on the findings, the birds involved and how your premises are used.
